How to locate useful links for new user verification and login
In this text, you will better understand how to locate useful links for new user verification and login.
Your Timedash business account has several types of users:
Trial
Company
Manager
Employee
Bookkeeper
Each user has a set of permissions, with "Company" and "Trial" users having full access to all features (with Trial users having restricted access for the first 30 days after creating the account).
The "Manager" user only has access to the data of the unit they manage.
The "BookKeeper" user has access to almost all features, except for performing upgrades or downgrades.
Finally, "Employee" users only have access to Timedash through the employee application, where there are no managerial features.
Every time a "Company" (or "Trial") user adds a manager, an employee, or a bookkeeper to their Timedash business account, the platform will go through a verification process for this new user, which we call "Registration".
If the new user cannot find the registration link, simply follow these steps to resend the link to the user:
Access the "Company" option in the left sidebar menu.
Click on "Useful Links".
Scroll down to "Registration Links".
Choose the type of user you want to resend the registration link to (manager, employee, bookkeeper), and then click on the "copy" button next to the desired link.
With the link copied, you can send it directly to the user requesting this link.
The same procedure applies to login links. Once the new user has progressed in their registration process, they will need to log in to Timedash.
"Trial", "Company", "Manager", and "BookKeeper" users log in through the same link, usually "timedash.co/company_login/companyname".
Only "Employee" users log in through a link like this: "timedash.co/login/companyname".
To access the login links, simply follow these steps:
Access the "Company" option in the left sidebar menu.
Click on "Useful Links".
Scroll down to "Login Links".
Choose the type of user you want to resend the login link to (manager, employee, bookkeeper), and then click on the "copy" button next to the desired link.
With the link copied, you can send it directly to the user requesting this link.
