EMPLOYEE

This guide will provide you with general guidance on the "Employee" tab in Timedash.

Located in the left sidebar menu, the "Employee" tab contains functionality options for individually managing employee information in your company.

Below is a list of the main actions and features available in the "Employee" tab:

  1. Add new employees

  2. View information/history of registered employees

  3. Edit registered employees

  4. Activate/Deactivate registered employees

  5. Filter employee search by name/unit/status (active or inactive)

  6. Delete registered employees

The "Employee" tab is designed to provide you with a pleasant interface for managing your employees, allowing you to quickly locate them through name/unit/status filters.

The employee activation/deactivation filter is a quick way to block your employees' access to Timedash features without deleting any employee data.

When you add a new employee, their profile initially appears deactivated, giving you time to make edits and complete the employee's profile before activating them and granting them access to the employee app.
