The "Percentage Time (%) Reports" show the difference between the total hours scheduled to be worked and the total hours actually worked. The values in this report are presented in percentage values to assist with payslip calculations.
To locate this report, simply follow these steps:
Click on the "Reports" option in the left sidebar menu.
A sub-menu will appear next to the main menu. Click on the "Time (%)" option in the sub-menu.
Select the period and/or unit from which you want to extract the report.
Click on the report you wish to view.
Click on "Download CSV" or "Download PDF" to download the form in the format you need.
