ROSTER

This guide will provide you with general guidance on the "Roster" tab in Timedash.

Located in the left sidebar menu, the "Roster" tab contains functionality options for individually managing information related to your employees' rosters.

Below you will find a list of the main actions and features available in the "Roster" tab:

  1. Create new rosters.

  2. Save roster drafts.

  3. Send rosters to your employees.

  4. View the roster history.

  5. Make changes to rosters with dates beyond the current week or drafts.

  6. Delete rosters with dates beyond the current week or drafts.

  7. Download a PDF overview of the Rosters.

It is important to note that until a roster is sent to the associated employees, its status will remain "private".

Once the roster is sent to your employees, the system changes the status of this roster to "public".

After the current period of a roster with a "public" status is completed, it will no longer be possible to edit this roster.
