SUPPORT
This guide will provide you with general guidelines on the "Support" tab in Timedash.
Located in the left sidebar menu, the "Support" tab contains functionality options for any questions you may have regarding the use of your Timedash business account.
Below you will find a list of the main actions and resources available in the "Support" tab:
Activate the AI-powered Chatbot.
Watch video tutorials.
Consult our FAQ.
Start a conversation with our support team by opening tickets.
Reactivate the onboarding tutorial.
To the right of the title of each tab, you have 2 icons. One to report any bugs and another to activate the AI Chatbot.
The exception is the "Support" tab. In this tab, you have a board icon, which, when clicked, activates the onboarding tutorial that appears as soon as you create a new account in Timedash.
Once you gain experience using Timedash, the onboarding tutorial is no longer necessary, but if you wish to read it again, this is where you can reactivate it.
