How to view your tickets

In the menu, access the "Support" tab
Click on the "Tickets" option
All your tickets will be listed
In the "Select ticket number" option, you can choose your conversation by indicating the number of the respective ticket
By clicking on the desired ticket, you can continue the conversation with Timedash support
