HOLIDAYS

This guide will provide you with general guidelines on the "Holidays" tab in Timedash.

Located in the left sidebar menu, the "Holidays" tab contains functionality options for managing your employees' holiday requests.

Below you will find a list of the main actions and resources available in the "Holidays" tab:

  1. Check all holiday requests made by your employees.

  2. Authorize holiday requests.

  3. Deny holiday requests.

  4. Edit/adjust holiday requests.

When registering an employee, you must indicate the percentage that will be accumulated by the employee in a time bank, from which they can later request holidays.

Typically, this percentage is 8% based on the hours worked.

As the employee clocks in and out, Timedash automatically calculates the amount of hours the employee has available to request holidays.

Whenever an employee requests a holiday period, you will receive an email notification. Additionally, in the "Dashboard" tab, at the top right of your screen, you will also receive a message indicating the holiday request.

In the "Holidays" tab, you can check all pending requests and past requests.
