REPORTS

This text will provide you with general guidance on the "Reports" tab in Timedash.

Located in the left sidebar menu, the "Reports" tab contains various report options related to the data collected over time.

Below is a list of the main actions and features found in the "Reports" tab:

  1. General Report - These reports present the balance between the actual values and the actual hours calculated by Timedash.

  2. Wages Report - These reports show the differences between the values stipulated to be paid in the rosters and the actual values calculated based on the actual time worked.

  3. Time (real) Report - These reports show the difference between the sum of the hours stipulated to be worked and the sum of the hours actually worked. The values in this report are presented in hour/minute/second format.

  4. Time (%) Report - These reports show the difference between the sum of the hours stipulated to be worked and the sum of the hours actually worked. The values in this report are presented in percentage format, to assist in payslip calculations.

All reports can be downloaded in .PDF or .CSV format, as the "Reports" tab is constantly evolving.
