The accountant can view and edit information related to all units of your company registered in your Timedash account.

The only functionality that your accountant doesn't have access to is the option to upgrade or downgrade subscription plans.

  1. Firstly, click on the "Company" option in the left sidebar menu.

  2. Next, click on "Bookkeepers."

  3. Once you have previously added your company's accountant, they will appear in a list on the right side of your screen. Click on the accountant that you want to edit.

  4. A popup with a form will appear on your screen. You can only change the name, phone number, and status of this accountant. By changing the status of your accountant to "disabled," you block their access to your Timedash business account. Click "Save changes" to finalize this edit.
