How to add a unit/department

In this text, you will learn how to add a unit/department to your Timedash account.

You are searching "How to add a unit/department" in Timedash. Just follow the steps below:

  1. In the left sidebar, click on the "unit" option.

  2. Click on "+ add unit"

  3. In the "Create a unit" tab, enter the name of the unit and its address

  4. Click on "Next step"

  5. In the "Add a manager" tab, enter the name of your manager, their email, and their hourly rate.

  6. Click on "Next step"

  7. In the "Add Payment Modifier Rules" tab, enter your company's payment rules, e.g., Night premium.

  8. Click on "Add rule"

  9. Enter the name of your payment rule. E.g., Night premium.

  10. Enter the monetary percentage that your employees will receive for this rule

  11. Select whether this rule is a bank holiday or not.

  12. Select the valid days for this payment rule

  13. To add more rules, click on "Add unit rule"

  14. To finish, click on "Add unit"
