Getting started with Timedash
In this guide, you will discover how to take the first steps in your Timedash account.
If you are looking to better understand how to get started in your Timedash account for optimal platform usage, simply follow the steps below:
After creating and verifying your Timedash business account, you will be directed to the main page of your account, the "company_dashboard" page.
When you observe the left sidebar menu, you will notice that most of the menu options will not be available. This is designed this way so that you don't get overwhelmed with multiple options and start using Timedash correctly.
As soon as you log into your account for the first time, an onboarding tutorial will appear with 3 basic steps to follow:
Step 1: CREATE A UNIT
Step 2: ADD (and activate) AN EMPLOYEE
Step 3: CREATE A ROSTER
As each new step is completed, a new option appears in the left sidebar menu, unlocking the next step to be taken.
After completing the initial 3 steps, all the options in the left sidebar menu will become available for your proper usage.
