Overview of the "Dashboard" tab
This guide will provide you with general instructions on how to use the "Dashboard" tab in Timedash.
If you want to better understand how to utilize the "Dashboard" tab in your Timedash account, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
In the left sidebar, access "Dashboard".
Once directed to the Dashboard tab, you will have access to view general information about your company in real-time in the top left corner:
The number of employees currently working and the number of employees on leave.
The number of activated employees (authorized to use Timedash) and the number of deactivated employees (without access to the Timedash platform) in your account.
The total hours registered since the start of using Timedash.
The number of registered Bank Holidays.
The number of registered units.
The average salary of your company.
In the top right corner, you can view a board with updates related to:
New features in Timedash.
Holiday day-off requests sent by employees.
Employee birthdays.
Work permission alerts that are close to expiration.
When scrolling down, you can find some graphical information such as:
The overall sum of the estimated amount of money to be paid when creating new Rosters.
The sum of actual values calculated as your employees clock-in and clock-out.
The difference between the estimated payment in rosters and the actual computed values based on clock records.
You can also see the history of these values in charts, including a bar chart with results from the last 12 months.
